Making a connection can lead to unexpected challenges… such as leading the design change for the AMA’s 2017 Annual Report, taking it from a 40+ page black and white print piece to a 16-page full-colour booklet linked to relevant online sections, used as a template for future reports.

communications policy & procedures

Two years later, I worked with the AMA on developing and updating its Communications and Social Media Policy and Procedures, involving on-site meeting with staff, research, writing, and providing operational recommendations.

I want to thank you for all your hard work on this and running with very little to go on except that we were looking for a change. I also appreciate your working with both Sarah and Dan throughout the process… Your willingness to help really pulled us through a crunch time with a staff shortage. I am supremely happy with the end product. It looks great and the flow is wonderful.
